Pricing below includes first year support contract.

Mix and match packs to obtain the appropriate number of licenses. For example, if you have 25 staff members who need log-on access you would purchase a 20 pack and 5 single licenses.

Who needs a license?

HelpSpot license pricing is calculated on a named user basis. HelpSpot defines Named Users as those needing log-on access to HelpSpot to manage requests, be assigned requests, or modify administrative settings.

You do not need a license to submit a request to HelpSpot. That can be done by sending an email to HelpSpot or using the self service portal. There are no limits on the number of requests you can track in the system.

Please note: Licenses apply to only active users. If you make a support staff member inactive in HelpSpot you can reuse that license for a new person.

Support Contracts

To ensure seamless HelpSpot support and upgrades beyond the first year, support contracts can be purchased for $49 per license per year. To benefit from the purchase of a support contract, all licenses held by an installation must be current.
