If you're in the market for a powerful and user friendly Help Desk solution, please take a look at my company's flagship product HelpSpot.
I love when customers link to HelpSpot, you don’t get a better reference than that. I’m honored that many of our customers choose to do so, however, I was bowled over by the link from the guys a Sitesquad. It’s really above and beyond. I also think it’s an interesting business move, laying out the tools like that. Very interesting, and something I need to give some more thought to.

Ian - Man, how things travel on the Web. I mean, we haven't even released our new site yet. In fact, I just crafted that copy on a Basecamp Writeboard yesterday for my design partner. I didn't even realize she had even posted it. Just curious how you found it?
Anyway, we're really happy with Helpspot, and we're looking forward to finally customizing it with our new look and feel. More importantly, for your benefit, I'll probably be buying some more user licenses real soon!

Heh, that's pretty wild.
Actually I just happened to be looking at the list of new referrers in Mint and I saw that URL and took a look. She must have clicked over when building the page to make sure it worked. Let me know if you want me to pull down the link until you're live.
No problem on my end I love the citation!
Always great to hear about customers expanding operations. I always get a kick knowing that HelpSpot is a little part of it (not to mention the extra sales 
).
