Beginning Monday, September 12, a beta version of HelpSpot will
be available for those interested in being among the first to
review and provide feedback. The beta trial period will run

should you choose to continue using HelpSpot beyond the beta.
Interested in participating?
Getting involved is simple. As a member of this mailing list
you are already in the loop. Simply wait for the email we will

Sorry I missed your question Jacob. I took a look at their specs and it seems like it should run fine over there. The only thing Textdrive doesn't explicitly state is if the PHP IMAP extension is enabled, which is required if you want to use the email mailbox integration features so you could check with them on that. Almost all hosting companies have that extension and from the looks of it Textdrive is very progressive so I don't think it should be a problem. Also when you get the beta, the installer checks for all required components and lets you know if there's any trouble.
After HelpSpot's out the door I hoping to have some time to build relationships with various top tier hosting companies to both confirm that they have all the required pieces to run HelpSpot (really all pretty basic stuff) as well as to potentially offer HelpSpot preinstalled.

I can't wait to try it out! I'm not currently in the market for Help Desk software, but after following your blog for the last few months I have to see it in action.

I just received your e-mail
Congratulations on the release, I am looking forward to trying this out. Just a quick question; will it run (well) on textdrive?
Best of luck to you and the HelpSpot team!

Thanks for the jab, I needed some more pressure!!!!
You've got to get it out there someday and it all seems to be coming together so why not announce it and really get things going. Hopefully you have a chance to participate, I'd really like your input.
