Case Studies
If you're in the market for a powerful and user friendly Help Desk solution, please take a look at my company's flagship product HelpSpot.
We launched a new case studies section of the UserScape site today. You can check it out here. Our long time customer, Catalyst, was generous enough to volunteer as our first study. You can see the study here:

We tried to keep it short and informative. It’s such a balancing act since there’s so much to day, but I know anything too long will be ignored by potential customers. Feedback/ideas are welcome. Also if you’re currently a HelpSpot customer and would like to be featured in a case study please shot me an email at ian at userscape.com.
Discussion
I'd love to have used our LITTLE Department as an example of a internal email helplessdesk to a real helpdesk (http://www.linuxnetworx.com), but I've moved on from that company. Maybe if we adoption your solution at my new home (http://www.sosstaffing.com), we can get together and build a case study for us instead?
I've read the article. You need a few SMALL fry as an example of how it works for the little guys too and at a very good price. So many smaller helpdesks look around and find that they are looking at a very high price tag for just a handful of agents.
With your solution we got what we wanted for $800 or less. no that's return for investment!!

Thanks Duncan. I definitely want to highlight some smaller installations. That's still the majority of our user base, they actually came to us with this because they were so happy with the system so we took them up on it. When you guys get rolling I'd love to work one up with your team.
