Hi Ian, I wanted to let you know that I'm following your advice and have started blogging about my ISV project. It's also real estate related, as I agree that there is a lot of fragmentation (and hopefully opportunities) in this niche. I'm calling it Frontline (for now at least), which aims to provide simple, web-based CRM for realtors. I have a ton of work ahead, but it's exciting to take the first step! Thanks for a providing a great blog for aspiring folks like myself.
