My wife says she feels like she has a weekend-marriage. I'm giving up something a lot more valuable than a car. Time with my wife. :(
Unfortunately, short of selling my house and moving in with the in-laws, I'm forced to do the 40-hour-a-week thing & build my PM app. And the wife isn't about to give up the house! (And I agree!)

My wife says the same thing don't worry. That probably means you're on the right track 
You don't really have to sell your car, maybe it's taking on a part time job, doing contract work, talking your boss into letting you telecommute 2 days a week. Whatever you have to do to get in a strong financial position to start up.
